Our story begins in the heart of one of Spain's most iconic industrial areas, in the interior of the Alicante province : Ibi . Our home experienced its golden age between the 1950s and 1970s, becoming a European leader in toy manufacturing. That entrepreneurial tradition is not just a memory; it's a legacy we carry within us.
Blood , transmitted from grandparents to parents, and from parents to children.

Today, at Rod Fitness, we have transformed that heritage into something unique:

We discovered Cross Training in 2017 when a box opened in our town. Until then, we'd only heard about the sport. But from day one, we were captivated by its dynamic approach and, above all, the incredible community surrounding it .

In 2019, Xenxo, one of the founders of Rod Fitness , began working on the design of a magnesium dispenser. After two years of effort, research, and extensive testing , the Rod went from a 3D-printed prototype to a production run of over 1,000 units . That moment was a turning point: we realized that the world of CrossFit was full of opportunities for innovation and improvement .

70% of our products are manufactured in our facilities or with local suppliers . Although in some cases we need to use production outside of Spain to be competitive, one of our major medium-term goals is for 100% of our products to bear the “Made in Spain” label .

We love what we do , and that's reflected in our motto: "TIME TO HAVE FUN" . We're lucky enough to say that our work is our passion , and that makes it even more special.

We're perfectionists by nature. Yes, sometimes that means we go a little slower than we'd like, but for us, the most important thing is delivering exceptional products . Creating the best takes time, trial and error, and more time. Because our customers deserve the best.
